When contacting Portico Technical Support, you can help us diagnose your problem more efficiently by including the following pieces of information with your open Event or E-mail:

  1. 1.  Include your remote site name and I.D. or your Portico POD MAC address located clearly on the Linux appliance.
  2. 2.  If you are experiencing an error, please send the error message.
  3. 3. Whenever possible, include the what that led up to the problem, or the steps you took to duplicate it.
  4. 4.  If your problem involves your  system or a third party product, please include the version information on those items.
